Prepared release 0.1.2

Enclosing change: the Changesets version PR for 0.1.2.

LTERM-RELEASE-001: synchronized npm, Cargo, demo and lockfile metadata from 0.1.1 to 0.1.2. Existing runtime and UI contracts are unchanged.

Preparation commands: pnpm exec changeset version, offline workspace Cargo update, lockfile-only pnpm install, pnpm release:check and formatting. These must succeed before the version commit is created. This is metadata preparation evidence; the PR’s CI records functional, browser, native and packaged-consumer results. No test result is inferred from version preparation.

M5 review: release automation remains implemented; registry publication and consumer adoption remain separate. The PR stays open for review.
