Pinned source import

Requirements: LAI-GOV-100, LAI-GOV-102, LAI-LOCAL-001, LAI-COMPUTE-001. Milestone review: M0 remains In progress; source import is not product acceptance.

Source bytes were read with jj file show -r REV PATH from the agreed committed revisions. docs/imports/source-manifest.json retains per-file SHA-256 and source paths. Package/import names were changed mechanically. Agent product entrypoint composes maintained model/metadata helpers. ACP versions and compute ALPN remain.

Commands: jj git init /Users/stevejuma/code/lapismd/lapis-ai, source file lists, source revision reads, and the ignored local import script. Import: 186 records. No source repository, running service, model cache or installed executable changed. Next: validate workspace manifests, then run deterministic tests and record results in a fresh evidence entry. Native, mixed-version and platform gates are pending.
